Item as described, arrived on time. Please note that this seller sends items in a padded mailer with no additional protection. The hinge was broken in the mail, the broken piece was inside the package. That's OK, I have some extra CD cases for replacement. Anyway, thank you to the seller for making this available at a good price, but it would be better to have the item arrive undamaged.

The product was described and Brand New and Sealed, but when I received the DVD, I discovered that under the shrink wrap, both the case and disc were very damaged (not sure how that can happen, but it did). The seller was very gracious and quickly issued me a refund for it. I would recommend the seller to other buyers! Great costumer service!
