I just received this magnet two days ago. My house sits on stilts on the Caribbean coast and as you can imagine, too many things fall all the time "overboard" on the dock. I was excited to give it a try and on my first try I picked up several lost tools and screws, etc. At five feet of water the bottom is muddy and whatever falls disappears immediately, so even though the water is clear, you lose sight of the object, so a strong magnet is needed and this one does the job!
