IVE WAITED FOR 3 MONTHS ON THE DRAIN THAT WAS SUPPOST TO BE WITH THE SHOWER. I GOT A NOTE IN THE PACKAGE INSTEAD. SAYING DRAIN IS ON BACKORDER. NOT SOMETHING I CAN JUST GO BUY. I HAVE CALLED AND EMAILED ABOUT WHEN IT WILL ARRIVE. CUSTOMER CARE HAS LIED SEVERAL TIMES. THIS DRAIN SYSTEM WAS ONLY REASON I BOUGHT THIS SHOWER. NOW I HAVE WAITED AND WAITED AND NO DRAIN.I THREW THE BOXES AWAY MONTHS AGO OR I WOULD RETURN THEW WHOLE THING. NOW I HAVE TO MAKE SOMETHING WORK. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. MIKE
