    I am very disappointed in what I thought was a Super Mario Odyssey Edition Bundle as the description says it is, I received the package today which I was really excited for but as I unboxed the Nintendo Switch the serial number on the console did not match the serial number displayed on the box and neither did the joy cons match the serial number to the box or the serial numbers displayed in the system setting either. I was sold a fake counterfeit product, I trusted this seller had good rating.

    first of all, this is not a counterfeit product. this is an authentic product, as your photo showed. it is just the serial number of the box does not match the console. we are a big business selling hundreds of consoles every month in other platforms. so this happened that some consoles' serial number does not match the box. you could always return it back to us for a refund. I do not know the reason you are so upset but it looks like your zero feedback tell us something.
