Run small so I knew to size up. I wear an 8.5 EE in men's socks, and these 10-13 size just fit. Length of my feet are EXACTLY 10-inches. These socks are thin, do not bunch up. They stretch a bit. I am NOT diabetic, but I do have edema in my feet, ankles, lower legs from auto-immune disease.
I have to wear socks because of Raynaud's syndrome, & I use these for doing basic yoga poses. They're a bit slick, no grip. Definitely size up unless you have ZERO edema.
