Es wurden in einer Verpackung verschiedene Schraubensorten geliefert. Die abgebildeten und welche mit anderer Optik und höheren Schraubenköpfen. Die Konversation war etwas holperig, statt eine Lösung anzubieten, soll man Foto´s von der Verpackung und dem Begleitzettel zuschicken. Zumindest wurde nun die Zusendung eines Rücksendeetikett per E-Mail angeboten.
