The item was listed for a Honda MT250. It arrived fairly quickly as was excellently packaged. However, upon installation, some critical mounting points on the purchased item were missing and did not fit. It turns out the part I received was actually for a Honda MR250.
I messaged the seller and received a response the the same day. The seller issued a full refund and apologized for any inconvenience. Mistakes happen and the customer service was excellent.
