This is a great seller but unfortunately these envelopes arrived damaged (bent on the corner) so I had to send them back. I was sent replacement white envelopes that weren't the same quality or type so had to send them back too (an issue with availability of the Premium White envelopes). I then requested a refund that I got straight away but the whole process took a few weeks to sort out. Throughout the whole transaction I received excellent communication from the seller though.
