The heating element arrived quickly. But to my surprise this element differs slightly from the one pictured. It's the same brand and number, but it was manufactured in Mexico on 4/01/2021 and it has two additional insulating standoffs in the center of each of the top coils. Those additional insulators were obviously added by Whirlpool to keep those top coils from sagging and failing, as is inevitably the case with aftermarket elements after about a year. I'm very pleased with this transaction.
