    Does the job, cheap and functional

    Not a fast CPU by any measure, but is extremely cheap since no one wants them and you can use them to update the BIOS of some old motherboards such as h61 chipset ones to accept 4th gen intel! Even beyond that, it will still do basic computer tasks, though no gaming or workstation tasks.
