The rubber coating of the Nikon Action Ex Extreme binocular offers a non-slip grip, even when it is wet. This Nikon 10X50 Binocular has a central focus with a diopter control that corrects the eye-vision imbalance and hence delivers a strain-free viewing experience. The 17.2 long eye relief in this Nikon binocular helps the eyeglass wearers to have a perfect viewing experience.

    Love it!

    I use these when boating on the Great Lakes around Michigan and for watching freighters from my cabin on Lake Huron. These have very good optics and I love that they are waterproof. I ruined my last binoculars boating in rough weather on Lake Michigan. The neoprene case is just bonus. I've been using them all summer and am very happy. These are light and fairly compact. Highly recommended.

    Excellent Binoculars for the money

    Simply put these are excellent binoculars - excellent clarity during the day and also at night. On a moonlit night, I can see a fair distance into the woods behind my house. Of course the snow helps. I wear glasses but I do not need them viewing through these binoculars which is a blessing because glasses are a pain when using optics. Focus is easy and they are relatively light weight and easy to carry. Nikon utilizes good quality glass for its optics. There are better and of course, more expensive binoculars out there, but given the clarity of these Action Extreme's, for the money and given the amount of time I use binoculars, these were the right choice. Although the binoculars come with a neck strap, I wish the case came with a shoulder strap instead of a belt loop - a minor ...

    Crystal clear lenses

    I have not had the binoculars too long but up to this point I am very pleased. The view is crystal clear (unlike the past two sets) and they are very easy to use.

    Buy it while they are available

    The best quality/price ratio. A little too heavy for hiking so I will use it on the boat, bird/nature watching. For hiking i'm getting Nikon Ex 8x40. The only two things I don't like are lens covers, which are very easy to loose and focus wheel, which is a little too stiff for me. I'm used to my very smooth old Zeiss 10x50 . Anyway, money well spent.
