Basic, functional, works as advertised.
Have only been using it for a week but so far, it seems to work as expected. Sound quality is reasonably good, the connection seems solid (for now) and my head phone buttons work as intended for mute, pause, answering calls, etc. I bought mine specifically for use on my motorcycle since my smaller (helmet-friendly) headphones use a 3.5mm jack. I'm wondering how well the dongle will hold-up over time. For what it is, $12 seems excessive but I'm sure this was all part of the grand plan when doing away with the 3.5mm headphone port. Honestly, the Pixel should have come with one of these.Have only been using it for a week but so far, it seems to work as expected. a good option, but not the best
These are good for basic earbud, and headphones, but a bit pricey when compared to the Walmart ONN adapters that are cheaper, and can drive higher impedance headphones like Philips open back SHP9500(now under the Magnavox name at a really good price) on my Google Pixel 6a, where these can't, but the output is clean, and clear on these, the cable is more sturdy than the ONN branded ones. so get these if you need ones to last, but get the ONN branded ones if you need to drive bigger headphones without carrying around a portable dac.
