These folks sent my printer out quick. An error light and flashing low-ink light lit right away, I reached out thinking I'd done something wrong in setup, hoping not to have to return in. In the time it took them to answer me, less than 10 minutes, I checked the ink cartrage. I'll blame my old brain. They were great, the end of their note asking, "Did you add an ink cartrage?" Well I hadn't, guess I imagined it came with a low-level cartrage or something. Added a cartrage, works perfect!
