The controller I received was missing a screw and had a rattle. When I opened it up, I found the part that the screw goes into, broken off rattling around inside. Also the controller was very dirty, unlike the one pictured. I emailed them and it's been 17 days, no response. I know they are a volume dealer, but dang, nothing. Use caution.

Way better than I expected. It shouldve been cleaned prior to shipping but it was easy to. Theres little to no scratches in the housing shell. The packaging was not as protective as it probably shouldve been (I expected it to be inside cardboard at least), but it arrived without damages so its not really an issue. Everything works; I played some games on it via UMD as soon as it got delivered and the buttons seem fully functional. Seller never responded, but the description is accurate.
