I ordered a NEW fan. I paid $14.99 for it in an unopened box. . The description on the website also claimed the fan oscillated. The fan I received was definitely repackaged.Also, it does NOT oscillate! I am totally dissatisfied with this order! I have pictures of the box before I opened it and I have a screenshot showing that it states that it oscillates. I want to return it but should not have to pay to do so! Please contact me as to how I can return it and get my money refunded
