The item did ship from CA. It was very well packaged. It seems to be of good quality. I would have given 4.5 stars if possible, I just dont like the budget ryxon kt332 controller. It does it's job though. All in all very happy with this machine

It did come from Georgia instead of California but it still arrived very fast and in one piece. The chiller arrived by FedEx the machine was delivered by a shipping company that contacted me a few days before delivery to schedule the date and time. They both arrived the same day. I did have to realign mirrors but that was it. I do Recommend this seller and product. OMTECH 60w20x28 with CW-5000 industrial chiller.
