    Seller did everything right, but Brisbane Austral Dept of Agriculture, Fisheries & Forestry (DAFF) held my parcel for biosecurity intervention and Inspection. Fine I understand that, but I gave them all the information the same day, but didn't hear back until end of January when they said the parcel had been destroyed as they only hold for 30 days. They blamed influx of parcels at xmas. I said xmas comes every year, their lack of planning staff levels shouldnt be my problem. No response.
