    I was sent the wrong color of the item and didn't want that color. The seller responded quickly and had me go through the return process. It was a pain to have to get it wrapped and prepared and driven to the post office, but, I know mistakes happen too. I just received my refund so am thankful for that. Sellers just really need to check orders better and make sure and send the right item. But it's fine now. They were nice and didn't give me a hard time or anything. So I'm glad it got resolved.

    If packaged with a truly ridged piece of cardboard, the print I ordered might have survived the postal service but it arrived with a crease. No longer suitable for framing by my personal standards though I didn't have plans to do so anyway. It was shipped in a plastic envelope with a scrap of cardboard that had a fold in it. The print itself was in better condition than described at a nice price.

    DK Travel Guide of Spain & Other Countries

    My wife & I have traveled several times to Spain - using a re-sold "library copy" of the DK Travel Guide. The guide is very informative including a brief history of Spain & it's culture with detailed maps and reviews of each region & it's cities. Major cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Seville & Toledo are covered in greater detail with colorful city maps and reviews & photographs of major attractions and important buildings. A section on places to stay & dine is also included. The last section of the book contains a "survival guide" with general travel information and a handy two page Spanish phrase book.
