The best Wireless Dual Band Card on the market with MU-MIMO technology

So I have both the Killer AC1535 and the Intel AC 8260 The Killer AC1535 has an issue where if you are downloading a few files and basically put the card under heavy load, it simply disables itself from device manager and thus, disconnecting you temporarily. I was experiencing the same issue myself seems like others are also having the same issues. I tried every driver out there for the card but it's the same, seems like a hardware issue maybe. I don't even install the Killer Suite, just the barebones driver. Although I have to say that the Killer AC1535 has the best range, my ASUS AC5300 router is located in a bedroom that is 12 feet away from where my laptop is located and I would get 5 bars full on the connection and the speed never drops below 866 MBPS and that is using ASUS Smart ...

  • Amazing little upgrade, Internal PCI M.2

Speedy shipping - Received this Intel 8265NGW NIC within 6 working days to Canada. Plug & Play with my HP Phoenix 860-019 Desktop PC. Fast Wifi to my Linksys WRT1900AC Router & updated the Intel drivers from the Intel website. 186Mbps down, 16Mbps, 1ms Ping on ISP subscription. Upgraded from the included Intel 7265NGW. Would purchase for other computer as well! Highly recommended.

  • Great Wireless Card

I got the Intel AC 8265 to replace Killer 1535 that came with my Dell XPS 13 and it's been awesome. Few key things; 1st - the hardware installation process was very straightforward I just only some torx screws were needed and direction from a youtube video. Just make sure to connect the antenna wires correctly, as the wire positions are reversed on the Intel AC 8265 compared to the Killer 1535 2nd - software drivers are available from Dell's site, but make sure you download the driver on its own and install it manually, not through the Dell assistant. 3rd - the Intel AC 8265 re/establishes a wireless connection much faster than the Killer 1535. With the Killer 1535 card it would take about a minute to get onto a wifi network. With the Intel its ready almost immediately after the ...

  • Intel 8265 replaces Broadcom in Dell 9550 XPS

Drop in replacement for the Broadcom based card. Only 2x2, so one antenna not used. Downloaded drivers before replacement. WiFi came up without doing anything after reboot. Great news is that it seems to solve some of the issues with the TB15 dock!!! I can connect my Dell 30" using DP and I get no screen flashing. USB seems more stable as well. Shipping took some time, but no issues. Instructions came in English!

  • Works great, no drop offs

I have a recently new desk top dell. For whatever reason it did not come with 5ghz. Dell did recommend an older Intel dual band card but could not verify this card would work. Well it works great and Intel had the correct drivers. Easy to replace and get up and going.
