Cream City Music put a perfectly well tempered intonation on the Ultra Burst I bought. I put fresh strings and lightly oiled the fret board and played for a few hours on a Line 6 Helix with Neumann HD 30 headphones. This guitar replaces my 1983 Stratocaster. When I buy a base for home recording, I'll check Cream City Music first. Completely satisfied.
