    Item quality looks to be good but the packaging has seen better days for it to be “new”. Value is about the same as a parts store without the $5.00 for shipping, of course. Its appearance is that it’s a wiring harness so it just looks as described or in the pictures. I have not tried to install it in my 1998 Subaru Legacy Outback, but according to eBay and this sellers description, it should work just fine with no complications. We will hope. 🙄 Decent packing and shipping speed.
