Making good choices in life that encouage healing.
This is an exellent book that encourages personal growth. Personally, I enjoy that the author, Stephen Arterburn, shares from his own life's experiences. I decided to buy this book because, I have grown to trust this author's counsel to be Biblically sound. It has given me practical tools and motivation to continue in my own healing process. The only negative, I see, is that the steps are hard work. I highly recomend it to anyone who is on their own path of growth and healing.This is an exellent book that encourages personal growth. Life-changing, challenging book based on biblical truth
This book is amazing! I read after having completed my own healing journey, and reading it on the printed page did so much for me. I have since given this book as a gift several times, knowing that its contents will change lives. The information is easy to understand, practical, and the author's inclusion of personal experiences normalizes pain, grieving, and healing.

This is a must read for anyone who wants to heal from relationalship problems, weight issues, dysfuntional childhood that has carried over into your adult life and all additions. The ten easy to understand steps presented with a Christian perspective will guide you into a better life forever! You will finally heal and be whole with long lasting results.This is one of those rare self help books that will change your life! The author " maps out " ten decisions a person needs to make in order to heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually..........Your life will never be same if you make these decisions!

Good title and book for the price
I'm a fan of New Life counseling on radio so wanted to read Steve's book as I'm healing my own life. I felt it was very repetative, healing is a choice and trust God each chapter with bible references. Good advice, I agree, but not as good as other relationship books I've read.
