Worked as promised
It does create a good deal of steam as promised. I used it to clean the oven, some stains on the tile and a few spots on some furniture. All in all, it lives up to its promise. It has lots of accessories to do different tasks but it didn't have a bag to keep them all in but I found a bag that worked. I think I was hoping it would work for longer but then you compromise weight. Was received in a timely manner. No complaints.It does create a good deal of steam as promised. Don't Waste Your Money
Wasn't as effective as I expected and didn't like the cheap build quality. The hose attachment cracked after first use due to the heat and gave me a slight burn. Shortly after the engage button stopped working with only 2 hours of use. After disassembling the housing the bottom plate that holds the electrical components was broken. I suspect that this occurred due to build up of condensation inside because the engage button stopped working. Please see the pictures I have attached as proof.Wasn't as effective as I expected and didn't like the cheap build quality. Fantastic
Not sure how I've lived without this. Bought it for household use, but used it for detailing my SUV. You would not believe how much grime is on a clean door panel or steering wheel. Highly recommended. Only reason it's not 5 stars is I wish it held a little more water.
