Upon measuring their resistance, I found every one of them was 4.1 Ohms, within the 3% spec. 2 of them were 4.2 Ohms, so a bit out of spec, but the seller shipped 14 resistors when I only ordered 3 so he covered the uncertainty and I'm a happy customer. The look good and were packed well and half the price of newer components. These match exactly (a bit better) to the ones used in a PCB that I'm reverse engineering which is why I bought them.
