As you can see when you receive the revival product, there are no original boxes or components, only the body and power supply. I use a variety of laptops, but this is a very good product for the price. There is no Windows Hello or fingerprint function, but I have been using it without it for a long time, so I do not know that it is very inconvenient. Of course, it is convenient to have it, but there is no difference without it. There's also no keyboard backlight, which would be nice to have

Laptop was in great shape. However the model itself has the fan turn on a lot when ac plugged in probably because I upgraded the ssd size which runs hotter but not sure. When on battery the fan is less on.

    Love my new laptop

    Great laptop. Recent processor. (4 core, 8 thread), upgradable ram, downgradable to windows 10 if you want - drivers are available. I only had a small issue with the driver for Realtek sound on Win10, but got a version that works installed and all is well now. I love that it has an ethernet port if I need to troubleshoot the network router, enough usb ports, hdmi out (1.4 I think?) for a second monitor.
