A MUST HAVE!!! As a person that's not mechanically inclined, I was able to assemble the bike parts in less than 15 minutes! I've used it everyday since receiving, 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes before going to bed, to get my 30 minutes in daily. Let's me tell you, definitely gets the heart rate up and leaves you feeling like you've done something good for yourself!
