Pay attention to the wiring. The instructions that come with the motor are for 220 3 phase. The colors are not the same. The yellow wire goes in the black wires location at the motor and frequency driver and no ground is required. Do not follow wire colors. Vevor.com has better instructions on their site. Good motor though. I do recommend it.
