I'm not sure why that is since all our discs would read before the old drive went out. I do give the seller 5 stars. I just wish this drive worked to pick up all our game discs. It will not load a fairly new Tales of Arise. Maybe this is a cheap knockoff blu ray reader or maybe the disc somehow got damaged when the drive went out. The disc does look brand new though. For the price it should work on all your game discs.

Yet I didn't get Any CD Spin up , so I decided to open the CD area ( Pretty sure that ruined My return ability ) . Tried the Blue Ray CD Rom after that , and all I got was 'grinding gear sounds ' and No Spin Up . Otherwise USPS took a little while to ship from California to Kentucky . Best part is I'm living and Learning , But I do hope to have My PS4 Slim fixed before to Long . Thanks to the Saler for having the Correct Product that did fit My Blue Ray CD Rom Nicely

They take money and basically tell you to F-off. I can’t make this a negative review. In the 8+ years I've been on eBay I've never seen such seller trying to rip people off and trying to ruin your reputation. They will also message you and threaten you if you try to fox the issue. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Hopefully they will be banned soon.
