The item I ordered was delivered broken and unusable. It was not packaged thoroughly. The seller has not made things right for me. I requested a refund since it was delivered in broken condition. It has been several weeks since my request and she has not done anything to refund my money. I would NOT do business with this seller. If she makes good on the broken mirror, I will edit my feedback. But so far to me she is unreliable.

I responded immediately to the buyer when informed of the damage. I messaged the buyer and told her that the item was shipped with insurance and told her how to file a claim. I told the buyer that either she or I could file the claim, BUT to let me know what she wanted me to do. This was on February 4th. I did not get her reply on my question, or the additional photos needed for the claim. Today, 2 weeks later I get threatened with 'negative feedback'. It was not my fault, I was waiting on her.
