A great product to focus and concentrate!
I keep two kinds. The 5 mg which I use when I do not have as much thinking to do and this one when I really need to concentrate. It has made a lot of difference in that I am more alert and focused. And it also helps if you are under stress. I am almost 80 years young and it really works!

Helped Me Survive My Dad's Death
I have been taking Lithium Orotate 5mg for almost a year. It definitely helped calm my emotions a bit during my dad's illness. I have emotional problems anyway so taking it is a good idea for me in any case. When he was moved to Hospice care, I upped my dosage to 75mg (25mg three times a day.) It didn't take long for me to notice that the thoughts that used to make me very sad (both related and not related to my father) did not have much of an effect on me anymore, and I didn't have manic bursts of energy to speak of either. I kind of wish I had started at a high dosage from the beginning. I plan to take one 120mg tablet daily from now on. Litihium WORKS. Frankly I think it's the only mood supplement that really does. Look at how universally positive the reviews are for it. I add my voice ... I have been taking Lithium Orotate 5mg for almost a year. Concentrated, pure ingredients, small tablet easy to take without water if I have an anxiety attack. Best relief from insomnia. And....if I have to wake up unexpectedly, it's OK! Regular meds and OTC,( except for melatonin) take hours to shake off. I've taken two at 6 am after an emergency, slept till noon and felt great when I got up. Thank you Dr. Nailed and manufacturer. Being a single parent is tough, trying to get restful sleep. Have friends who crave alcohol and they found low dose lithium rotate recommend by European MDs and NDs in North America. I have been ordering this brand for years. I just take one a day, 120mg and it keeps me balanced and keeps my spirits up. This is a natural mineral. The prescription Lithium which is Lithium Carbonate has many side effects. I have been taking this for 12 years and had no side effects at all. I tell my Doctors I take it and when I get my cholesterol checked they check my Lithium levels in my blood and it has never gotten too high so Lithium Orotate is less likely to cause any toxic effects. Very hopeful
I bought this for a loved one who suffers from bipolar disorder. He refused prescribed lithium because of the horrible side effect and we found this as an alternative. He is a very skeptical person and doesn't want to say it's working yet until he knows it's working and after he tries it for a while longer so I don't want to leave a 5 star review yet until we try it out for a little while longer but he believes he is already feeling a difference and today is only day 2. Hes noticing that hes feeling more level and calmer so I think its helping with the mania and he believes its helping with his anxiety because he hasn't been anxious where he normally would be.
