I was extremely disappointed after spending nearly $100 on this wind chime only to have it arrive in a cardboard box stamped, "MADE IN CHINA!"
Its entire description is well written to deceive you into believing it is crafted by artisans in America when clearly it is not.
Given that it is mass produced in China, it does not "ring" true to the ad copy they are using to sell it.
BUYER BEWARE! You are buying a China mass produced item, not artisan

Woodstock still makes the best wind chimes for the money in our belief. They made the decision to move their manufacturing to a facility in China some time ago to be able to keep their prices competitive. The facility is overseen by the New York headquarters and visited frequently to ensure quality, good working conditions, etc. The chimes are absolutely still Handcrafted. The sound is of the chime actually playing and this chime receives 4.8 out of 5 stars from hundreds of reviews.

Amazingly competitive price for a well known multi-tool that can go for much MUCH more in retail stores (I've checked).
