Focus was good. Zoom did not function. I contacted seller and he agreed to a partial refund. I did open up camera later to find a broken part that caused xoom to not be adjustable using the factory knob. I manually rotated the zoom lens while I had it apart. The only regret now is the IR LED array causes a hazy look at night. I have trouble seeing movement. For the price I guess that is acceptable.
