    Could not be happier with this purchase! We had an old Sears garage door that would just randomly start opening at different times during the day. After further inspection of the garage door I realized it was so old that it didn't have programmable dip switches for security. Instead of buying a newer unit I decided to go with something that offered better security and easy implementation. With the relay set to pulse, and with it tied into the manual garage button it was able to work, pefectly!

    Super range and nicely made

    I was skeptical but the switch and remote are great. Excellent range. no issues. Highly recommend. Placed receiver inside gate operator cabinet out of elements and still the range is very good. approx 200 ft from gate will activate opener.

    WORKED OVER 1000' AWAY! ---EXCELLENT DEVICE BUT DOCUMENTATION IS AWFUL -- I MOVED THE RECEIVER TO A BASEMENT: Was still able to operate the receiver from 200 feet through a wooded lot reliably. I THEN MOVED THE RECEIVER TO THE SECOND STORY of the house and was able to activate the receiver OVER A THOUSAND feet away - RELIABLY 800 feet away with just the key FOB transmitter. -------------------------------------------- This is among the best remote controls I have ever used. The working distance is as described. I tested this up to 300 feet so far from outside through a wooded lot through several walls inside house to receiver. Documentation is not very well written.     Automation saves time!

    Fumbling through my keys all the time to unlock my tool box at work was killing me! To save time I installed the solidremote in my tool Box with A 12 volt door actuator and a battery pack. Now I just use the Solidremote. One touch on my remote control and I can open my secure tool box and then one more touch on the remote and its locked! What a time saver! I want twenty more to operate all of my locked storage cabinets and doors!
