    Ring is super easy to setup and use, with low low optional monitoring fees.

    Easy to set up, easy to operate and you can choose monitoring for $10 a month, which also covers recording any cameras you have. Ring has a cellular backup in case you lose Internet (or someone disconnects your line). It's very configurable too, but easy to manage. I can set the alarm with Alexa, or on my phone, or at the keypad. Great product.

    an awesome alarm system, elegantly simple and very user friendly

    Fantastic DIY alarm solution. I purchased thus unit for use in Australia and all is fine. Will need AU plug adapters but no problem at all as it's 100-240 volt rated. I still needed some extra contact sensors for my home so if you are in Oz, it would be a good idea to work out how many you need and order at the same time as shipping can be expensive. The alarm unit is very simple to operate and works just as described. Links in with other Ring equipment. Please note that it's local monitoring only outside of US so this function is not available in my country. Not sure why they don't sell this system domestically. The Gen 2 is a great system and at about $aud500 shipped, is a bargain price for peace of mind. Highly recommended!

    Good value for what was spent

    Replaced a much more expensive system which the previous security company wanted to charge too much to repair the main panel. I had one issue with the setup of one of the sensors. I was able to call support and get it resolved. Also, connected previously owned locks/thermostats via z-wave. Havent had it long, but so far it works great!
