It was an honest mistake; Seller listed the wrong size, but caught it
pre-shipment and immediately contacted me. A full refund was issued, as expected.......BUT...they listed the reason for the refund as "Buyer changed mind, Asked to cancel" instead of using one of several eBay options which would have accurately reflected the situation. This irritated me: if you make a mistake, be honest about it; we all make 'em! This isn't Neutral feedback b/c they did 90% of everything right.
