Good thing I already have a decent tablet from Samsung. I am afraid this one was a waste of my money .

I ended up getting a full refund (with no need to return the tablet!) after sending them a couple short videos and emails of my numerous attempts at charging the tablet with different usb cables/plugs. They were very professional and quick to respond so, I told them I'd give them a good review despite my experience. Thank you!
