Very nice product. I wish the finish where the 2 wood halves meet and sandwich over the metal center was better. There is a gap that is not smooth. the metal is recessed which feels uncomfortable while using the steering wheel.

The installation instructions could and should be more detailed and clear. I made a couple of assumptions that turned out to be incorrect and had to spend time redoing my work. I was missing the chrome horn button in the package, but after a couple of notifications back and forth and the missing horn button was sent out fairly quickly. They were very responsive to my request.
