My order was well packaged along with quick delivery and service on the order. Quality of product appears to be pretty good but the finish (paint job) on a couple of the end pieces was not well done. But, for the price as compared to OEM, I'm satisfied with my purchase. Installation was pretty easy. Take your time and don't fully tighten all mounting brackets until you have all of the bolts started for each side of the bar(s).
