    Not worth the price of admission.

    What's good: Abbott & Costello are the same as usual. However, some of the supporting characters, Joe Besser (Stinky), Sidney Fields (himself & other characters usually named Mr. Melonhead - and who also wrote many of the 1st years episodes), Gordon Jones (Mike the Cop), and Joe Kirk (Mr. Bachegaloup) make the show entertaining. Hillary Brook makes nice window dressing, but her part is written to make her a one dimensional eye candy "girlfriend" to Lou Costello. Some of the additional supporting players, such as Joan Shawlee, Veda Ann Borg and Dorothy Granger are more amusing than Hillary Brooke. The older "laughing man" and the little bald guy (seen in "Lost in Alaska") are also amusing. There are also a few amusing new wordplay bits - Lou understands cow herd as cow heard - and one or ...
