    Great product for covid times.

    This software proves that you don't need a gym membership nor equipement (except maybe a floor mat and a couple dumbells) to get a solid workout. The "trainers" don't have much personality, but your effort is given a score and a "calories burned" estimate is made. Also, some of the "games" are fun while still getting your heart going. If you're reasonably self-motivated, there's enough variety here to keep you from getting bored.

    Excellent workout for your Kinect system

    This game was released in 2012 at the pinnacle of the Kinect interface. The challenges follow a great progression. I have slacked on working out since having kids and I can say this game will push you to actually challenge yourself and get results. The intervals are set up wonderfully to progress through workouts. Personally I have limited discipline to PUSH myself and that is exactly what this Kinect game does.

    So much fun!

    This series of games puts your body and face on the screen! I have so much fun working out with this. I have found myself ending an exercise and wishing it were longer. YOU need a KINECT system but it is a blast and has tons of thins from games to balance help to Thai-Chi.

    Your shape fitness evolved 2012 is One of my favorite Xbox 360 kinect games
