Transparency mode is really good and NFC is probably good, but I'd need to get on an airplane to be totally sure of that. The capacitive touch on the sides is great if your hands are occupied as you can trigger it with any skin contract. But, they're not good when lying down as they are a little thick. You can also accidentally activate the function through skin contact.

Since the description doesn't say what's included: they came with the case and all three ear tips (sm, md, lg) and a short charging cable. No Sony packaging or manuals (but a paper with a link to find instructions online). Time will tell how well they hold up, but to me they seem new and so far I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Downloaded the recommended Sony Android applications. Once I completed these steps I immediately started playing some of my favorite music. OMG!!!
