Das stimmt nicht! Wir haben dem Käufer geantwortet, er reagiert aber nicht, auch nicht auf Anrufe. Obwohl ein Einbaufehler vorlag, haben wir dem Kunden die gebrochenen Clips aus Kulanz ersetzt! Wieso nun trotzdem so eine Bewertung kommt, ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar, was kann man als Händler in dieser Situation denn noch machen, um den Kunden zufriedenzustellen?
