    Beating Cancer with Nutrition by Patrick Quiilin

    I had breast cancer in 2006. I was diagnosed again in August 2009. This time stage III. I feel cancer maybe be directly related to the food I am eating. I want to do everything I can to keep it from coming back. I really needed some guidelines to follow and why these foods may help in prevention and an explanation of how this information was obtained. I found this book very informative. I am willing to make life style changes and changes in my diet, I just wasn't sure where to start. I would recommend this book to any one at high risk or to anyone that just would like to be healthier.

    Excellent book!

    I bought this on the recommendation of the ICU nurse that took care of me after my lung surgery for cancer. The book has a high dose of hope and many great ideas to follow to better health!
