Sizing runs a little large, however, they're slightly baggy. Keep in mind, the build quality on these is outstanding. These will hold up. You will still have a lot of room to wear some warming layers or even a thin pair of sweatpants. Most jeans I wear are between 34x34 & 36x34. Do your research and look at Helikon Tex's measurements. I ordered a Medium Regular and it pretty much is perfect, amazing piece of gear.

One issue: the sizing is extremely generous. I take a 38 w and use a belt, these came clocking in at 46W haha. But I still love them and have reordered a smaller size.
