    The description stated the books were brand new with no ticks or creases. I asked the seller, who confirmed. The books arrived with numerous defects (see pics). I returned them. The seller only offered a partial refund, stating that one of the books was not returned in the same state as sent to me. This was a lie as I only removed them to take pics for the return. I had to start a case with eBay in order to receive the rest of my refund. I WOULD NOT purchase from this seller again!

    Sent buyer 2 pristine books. Of the 2 books I received back 1 was damaged. (There were 2 small tears, a crease and discoloring down the right edge with other noticeable flaws on the front & back), Been on eBay over 20 yrs, over 3650 positive feedback, and I have never even listed a modern day comic that looked this bad. I reported him to eBay for switching books, and he responded by leaving revenge negative feedback.
