Great hard drive!
I'm a repair shop that deals with failing hard drives all of the time. This hard drive is a great replacement to speed up a desktop and reliable. Not one complaint yet!

Reliable and cheap (used)
You can get these pretty cheap slightly used and they work better in RAID and are pretty reliable. They usually include 30 days - 1 year of warranty depending on where you get them and how old they are

Great enterprise drive, fast and reliable, just shop wisely for it.
Hard drive prices have gone a little crazy lately with the flood in Thailand. Western Digital enterprise drives have always worked well for me as I use them in constructing home computer systems and not the server environment they are designed for. Very fast with their 7200 rpm speed and 64mb cache. I have yet to have an RE4 series drive fail on me. If you shop on ebay for these drives you can get a great price, it may be a bit of a waiting game but worth it in the end.Hard drive prices have gone a little crazy lately with the flood in Thailand.
