The seller indicated on the EBAY site that the bag was new with tags. The bottom corners of the bag showed worn corners and no tags. I have a screen shot of the advertisement and the bag.

Buyer had misunderstood as the item was sold as new without tags, exactly as pictured without any wear. The buyer was offered full refund.
