This control plate is seriously bad a$s. The parts and soldering are top notch. that 4th position of the switch really makes it light up with a fat sound. I got the reverse telecaster control plate with .33 mallory cap. there was a question about the wiring with the switch going to the tone pot and James answered all my questions and even updated the diagram to reflect the way he wires it now to make it more tidy. I will be buying from here on my next telecaster build. Worth every penny.
