Was sent the wrong item, and after it was delivered, i was only given the option of a refund, not a return/exchange, despite the fact that the seller has continued to sell the correct item at a new, much higher, price. Also the refund i received was only 65% of the original purchase price, with no justification. After attempting to contact them on multiple occasions for the remainder, i was repeatedly ignored and can now no longer make any further claim through ebay. They have stolen my money.

Excellent product
Works as advertised. Wife is working on a 1250 piece puzzle and is able to securely close the the panels to put away when the Grand kids come over. Afterwards she opens up with every piece in the same spot it was before putting away. Unlike rolling when you unroll and pieces come apart everywhere.

Getting used to it
Purchased this so that I could easily maintain unfinished puzzles started with the grand kids for their next visit. I am finding the product a bit cumbersome. At the moment, the puzzle that I am working on is longer vertically than horizontally and so the caddy has to be positioned to accommodate this, resulting in the side permanent panels hanging off the table. Also, there is a crease in the fabric in the main center area which interferes with laying the pieces flat in that area. The separate movable panels, however, are helpful allowing for collection of puzzle pieces for a specific area. It holds the puzzle well when closed. However pieces can't slide on the fabric. When you try to move a group of pieces into place, the pieces buckle. The layout of the puzzle board means you can't work from all sides. The weight of the side flaps pulls if off a small table and it barely fits on my dining room table. The felt-like fabric isn't glued down to the hard board; it's loose on the board and puckers. Not a good surface for putting together puzzles because it moves.

A very creative puzzle board!
This puzzle board is so neat I ordered 6 more for Christmas gifts for my puzzle loving friends. They all love these boards as I do. Company coming and you need the table space? No problem!! Just fold the puzzle board (with the puzzle on it) and slide the whole thing under the bed and out of the way! The board is sturdy and versatile and big enough for puzzles up to 1500 pieces.
