Fantastic children's book to explain about change, growing up and death.
My grandchildren 3 & 2 years old just lost their dog Chloe due to Cancer. This was the perfect book to explain "Where did Chloe go?" The book is about a caterpillar "Willie" who is afraid to grow up and become a butterfly. It explains that change is good and that our soul never dies, that our soul moves on to a Higher place and that we will all be together someday, even after death. The book was very comforting knowing that someday in the afterlife they will see Chloe their loved pet once again. Beautiful told story with bright colorful cute illustrations. Highly recommended for younger children to help with the mourning of a pet, friend, grandparent or parent.
